C\u00e1c nh\u00e0 ph\u00e1t tri\u1ec3n th\u01b0\u1eddng ch\u1ec9 y\u00eau c\u1ea7u 10%\u201330% v\u1ed1n \u0111\u1eb7t c\u1ecdc, gi\u00fap kh\u00e1ch h\u00e0ng \u0111\u00f2n b\u1ea9y 70%\u201390%, \u0111\u1ed3ng th\u1eddi t\u1eadn d\u1ee5ng c\u00e1c ch\u01b0\u01a1ng tr\u00ecnh l\u00e3i su\u1ea5t 0% v\u00e0 \u00e2n h\u1ea1n g\u1ed1c \u0111\u1ec3 t\u00edch tr\u1eef v\u00e0 l\u01b0\u1edbt b\u00e1n c\u0103n h\u1ed9. T\u00ednh \u0111\u1ebfn cu\u1ed1i th\u00e1ng 8, c\u00e1c kho\u1ea3n vay li\u00ean quan \u0111\u1ebfn nh\u00e0 \u1edf \u0111\u1ea1t kho\u1ea3ng 4 tri\u1ec7u t\u1ef7 \u0111\u1ed3ng, t\u0103ng 19% so v\u1edbi c\u00f9ng k\u1ef3 n\u0103m tr\u01b0\u1edbc, theo s\u1ed1 li\u1ec7u c\u1ee7a Ng\u00e2n h\u00e0ng Nh\u00e0 n\u01b0\u1edbc Vi\u1ec7t Nam.<\/p>\n<p>Nguy\u00ean nh\u00e2n si\u1ebft ch\u1eb7t: b\u1ea5t \u0111\u1ed9ng s\u1ea3n v\u00e0 h\u1ec7 th\u1ed1ng ng\u00e2n h\u00e0ng c\u00f3 li\u00ean k\u1ebft ch\u1eb7t ch\u1ebd, trong khi gi\u00e1 nh\u00e0 \u0111ang v\u01b0\u1ee3t xa thu nh\u1eadp. T\u1ea1i H\u00e0 N\u1ed9i, gi\u00e1 c\u0103n h\u1ed9 trung b\u00ecnh \u0111\u1ea1t 70\u201380 tri\u1ec7u \u0111\u1ed3ng\/m\u00b2, t\u0103ng 5,6% t\u1eeb \u0111\u1ea7u n\u0103m; nh\u00e0 li\u1ec1n k\u1ec1 v\u00e0 bi\u1ec7t th\u1ef1 dao \u0111\u1ed9ng 100\u2013200 tri\u1ec7u \u0111\u1ed3ng\/m\u00b2.
